Kindbridge: Account & Data Deletion Request
This page applies to the Kindbridge mobile app.
Option 1: Delete local app data
Personal data in the Kindbridge app is stored locally on your device. You can permanently remove that data at any time by deleting the app or uninstalling it.
Option 2: Request deletion of your Kindbridge account
If you created an account using phone sign-in, you may request deletion of your Kindbridge mobile app account and associated.
To request deletion:
- Submit an email request to [email protected] and provide the phone number associated with your account.
What we delete when we process an account deletion request:
- Your account record for Kindbridge and related authentication details (including the phone number associated with the account and the account’s internal identifier).
What may still exist after deletion:
- Anonymous diagnostic and usage data (e.g., crash reports and analytics) may be processed and retained by Google/Firebase services for a period of time under their standard retention policies.
Timing:
- We process account deletion requests within 30 days.
